Process

1. The client will provide a detailed description of the art commission they want.2. The artist will provide a quote for the commission based on the complexity of the project.3. If the client agrees to the quote, they will provide a 50% deposit before the artist starts working on the commission. The transfer will be in USD currency, or Real, via Paypal or via any Brazilian payment system4. The artist will provide progress updates to the client and seek feedback throughout the commission process.5. Once the commission is completed, the client will review the final product and provide feedback or approve the final product.6. The artist will make any final changes requested by the client before delivering the final product.

Aditional prices

1. Any additional revisions requested by the client after the final product has been delivered will incur an additional fee.2. Rush orders may also incur an additional fee depending on the timeline provided by the client.3. Any additional work requested by the client beyond the initial scope of the project will incur an additional fee.

Copyright

1. The artist retains the copyright to the commissioned artwork.2. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the artwork for personal use only.3. The client agrees not to reproduce or distribute the artwork without the artist's consent.4. The client agrees not to use the commissioned artwork for any commercial purposes without the artist's consent.5. The client agrees to credit the artist for the commissioned artwork whenever it is used publicly.6. The artist agrees to provide high-quality work and meet the agreed-upon deadline.7. The artist retains the right to display the commissioned artwork in their portfolio or use it for promotional purposes.

Delivery

1. The final product will be delivered digitally to the client.2. The client will receive a high-resolution image file of the artwork.3. The artist will retain the original digital file of the artwork.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. The client may cancel their order and receive a full refund if the artist has not started working on the commission.2. Once the artist has started working on the commission, the client is not eligible for a refund.3. If the artist is unable to start the commission for any reason, the client will receive a full refund.4. If the client requests a refund, they must not request a Paypal chargeback. The artist will transfer the money back to the client themselves.5. If the client requests a Paypal chargeback when they are not eligible for a refund, they will forfeit all rights to the commissioned piece, and the artist will have the full right to profit from it further in any way. The artist will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with evidence of the conversations in which they talk about the commission as proof that they have completed work for the client. Additionally, the client will be blacklisted from commissioning the artist again.
